The return of the Phoenix Gathering
 6th of October
Yes we are holding another Phoenix Gathering event.
A chance to come together again and enjoy a gathering of friendship  music and  dance  with  different workshops going on all day in a beautiful  setting at  Brick Kiln Farm  in Campsea Ashe
There will be lots to join in with Tai Chi , druming , African  and Samba dancing ,Shaminic healing, Gongs, Frame drumming,Flutes and  Didge, Folk  music and chanting ,Craft demos ,Shiatsu, massage  different Therapies and  lots of  different stalls.
The Gathering will be opened with a Fire lightening and food blessing Ceremony so bring along food to share for a picnic lunch.
The day will  continue with more music and dance around the camp fire  in to the evening so be sure to bring your instruments with you a chair or rug to sit on and a bowl for hot soup .
There is also a chance to camp  but spaces are limited so book early.

A  great evening at Weaving The Web Friday night.An interactive evening of  learning about Permaculture.
Information about courses being offered for anyone to  learn more about Permaculture, guest speakers  giving us practicle information about how they applied Permaculture to their lIves, and a chance to try out new skills and crafts.

I am currently working my way through a 2 year Permaculture Dipolma and creating the Weaving the Web Gatherings  with Sanda and Jude is part of the that Diploma for me.
The idea behind the Gatherings is to bring people with skills together in one place whatever their skill or talent is, encourage them to show what they do and also to work together to support one another.
As a community we can achieve so much nore by working together than by working alone.
So many of the therapist I have met seem to work in isolation if we work as one big networking system we can acomplish so much more, weaving our webs to include more people and using Weaving the Web Gatherings and the Website as the hub or centre of it.
The Weaving the Web Gatherings have turned out to be so much more than we hoped, friendships have formed , a lot of networking goes on  bringing people together and introducing them to new interests and  opening up different areas in their lives.
We include   Art music and jamming sessions which is a big part, a universal language that brings people together.
 The healing circles are an integral part of our gatherings, untiting is all together in one common bond and the teabreaks are a time to network with each other.  
The website
Some of you may be wondering where my website is it has been a work in progress since  December  and has taken blood sweat and tears to produce but is finaly here!
 The Website Weaving The Webs will connect Weaving The Web gatherings and  is acting as  an online hub for people to showcase thier skills, a short  video clip/ photo/write up of what they do and how to contact them,  well look for yourselves.
There is also an events page for local events.
The Website is a work in progress taking on it's own life as did the Weaving the Web Gatherings  so watch this space to see what else will be included.
I would like to start a Skill Swap page for people who would either like to:
 1.swap a skill with someone else
 2.share their skills with a group     
3.Or If you would like to go on my website with your  skill ( a short video clip/photo /contact details is all that is needed no it isn't to painfull!  there is no charge for this )

The Weaving the Web talk  on Friday 20th April  will be all about Permaculture, I have often been asked what is Permaculture so this is your chance to find out.
It will be an interactive evening with different speakers and a chance to try your hand at different crafts so come along and find out what Permaculture can do for you.
